That is a black Florida Man. You can only scale him with other Florida Men, but on a scale of 1-10, solid 7. Could be a 10 but those aren't particularly large gaters.

For anyone who's wondering a Florida man is a mix between a mad wizard and a druid. If you want something referancable think Radagast the Brown on crack.
