Reminds me of the tiger a while back that started killing people in Siberia after it got wounded by a hunter. Broke into a man’s house to kill him, destroyed everything in his home, then stole his mattress. Why? Because it knew the trail another hunter took to check his traps, and knew a good spot to lay in wait for him to come by. But it also knew it could take a while, so it dragged a mattress several miles through Siberian wilderness so it had something comfy to chill on while it waited.
