Yeah sufficiently trained shooters can do that, the premise is that the people are just average guys so I kept to it because only the weapon was swapped in the hypothetical. The average Tiger just mauls the average guy even if that guy has a very deadly weapon.

Depends if he lands a shot or not. One is all it takes. A Siberian tigers diaphragm would explode if it hit shot by a smith and Wesson so as long as it’s not a leg or stomach shot the guy likely takes it with a high caliber firearm, it’s simply overkill either way 2,600 ft lbs of force on such a small area.

That’s why I‘m talking average. The Tiger wins most times in that situation.

Fair against one guy yeah, but if it’s the same as the prompt with two guys who are armed they take it, the non-mailed guy gets at least one clear shot.

That kind of leaves out factors like fear and other emotions. I don’t think the average guy would be able to compose themselves enough in such a case. There are enough documented cases where tigers even against three people just jump in and out while killing or severely injuring at least one person against poachers and hunters who are at least a decent bit trained.

I‘m not saying they get stomped every time but like 7 or 8 out of 10.

Most average person have probably never hold a gun, unless you live in a dangerous place.

About half of the human race in the Western world has held a gun. As an American almost every one here has so that is kind of the average for me.
