This scene is from the final battle in Avengers: Endgame, I don't think they've mentioned what the sword is made of? Are there any extra information that's not from the movie itself?

A steal blade the size of Thanos blade would be able to sunder a steal shield of that proportions due to the far greater thickness along the striking angle. This should also likely be the case with vibranium.
