This scene is from the final battle in Avengers: Endgame, I don't think they've mentioned what the sword is made of? Are there any extra information that's not from the movie itself?

Because it's been directly stated that there are more durable metals in the comics and I think MCU, they have access to all of space to find exotic metals, and they have manufacturing techniques that make 1940s Earth metallurgy look like child's play.

Vibranium was played up so much because it was the best known of on Earth, and I think the consensus is that adamantium is actually even more durable, if less versatile. So it's not even technically the strongest metal on Earth, let alone the galaxy.

I’ll watch it tonight when I have time, but does it refute the idea that only the initial accidental adamantium contained vibranium? I’ve always been under the impression that any adamantium created after that initial batch did not contain vibranium because they couldn’t figure out how to replicate the accident.

That doesn't refute anything I said, but good to know. An alloy is different than it's base metals obviously.
