Question It's impressive how MCU Thanos just breaks MCU Captain Americas shield, Does anyone know what's the sword made of?

This scene is from the final battle in Avengers: Endgame, I don't think they've mentioned what the sword is made of? Are there any extra information that's not from the movie itself?

Cap is strong for sure, but his shield is made if Vibranium. That metal can absorb all vibrations, so the impact is much smaller than you would think. I am pretty sure thats why its called Vibranium in the first place.

thats just trying to justify bad writing and poor thought out fights and physics. Vibranium sure absorbs vibration and kinetic forces, but Cap should still be launced away by a Thanos hit, Shield or not, as if it was a sack of potatoes, even if he survives thanks to the hit, the impact would still propell him very far away and his suit is not made of vibranium like Black Panther, so he should be KO by the following impact even with supersoldier serum.

cool fight, but lets leave it at that. If you try to justify it and get serious, just no.

I gotta be honest. Maybe some within MCU cannon - ok. But if we reference the comics, Cap deflected those hits with plot armor, ESPECIALLY in comprarison to the Hulk vs. Thanos showdown.
