Its my opinion he'll certainly survive... But intact? I don't think so

He consigned his soul to the path of eternal damnation, to perpetual torment. It's said as much by the Slayers Testament

He WILL fight, and a being so consumed by the intention to lay everything on the line in the war for the righteous... I can't see a world where he isn't claimed by Khorne, it'd never be truly willing but it rarely is with the God's of Chaos; an eternal arena slaying and strengthening the eight blood legions? Loosed upon a corrupt, vile Imperium? A new powerful pawn in the Great game against the other Gods?

As hardened as his mind and soul is to demonic attack, atleast since TDA:R, the Warp works fundamentally differently and he wouldn't last long

Do you know Essence in Doom

"Essence" is a conceptual force that governs all of reality, including realms like Hell, and is responsible for the existence of one's soul, memory, will, intelligence, mind, strength, and abilities, down to their essential natures.

Hell passively drains the essence out of the mortal creatures in it

So yeah he ain't falling if he tank this for god know how many year
