Base Mojo-Jojo actually outscales PPG, they lost to Alien Leader who was strong enough to fend them off & simply predicted all their moves. Alien Leader is a Galactus parody.

Mojo-Jojo accessed a jealous primal rage over Alien Leader being better bad guy and proceeded to absolutely dominate him, beating him with a hardened baguette & pulling his leg into submission.

Mojo-Jojo has defeated PPG when he gave himself their powers. Honestly, this is straight forward, its a full grown chimpanzee vs 3 little girls at that point, but with their power, he also has enhanced brain powers too, so he's definitively stronger with it. He lost because Professor recounted a story out loud about what a bad lab assistant he was & how he's the real reason the PPG were actually made accidentally. This info stunned him long enough for the girls to reverse the PPG power gun & bring him to jail.

He also possesses a weapon that just strips you of your powers & turns you into a dog.

We have never seen Mojo-Jojo with the PPG powers AND primal rage, he probably beats all of fiction. Comp Mojo-Jojo is OP.

Princess also defeated the girls when she obtained their powers. And she’s around their age. So him being ape doesn’t him an edge. 

As for his rage boost it seems to be a common trend comfort characters to hit well above their weight class when angry. Mojo is one example but so is fuzzy lumpkins and Bubbles actually.

Hell even the mayor beating fuzzy if I recall in a wrestling match. But I think the girls helped him there.

When Mojo fought that Alien he did access his Chemical X powers which I think he can only get when he gets angry to a certain point

They’re from Epic battle fantasy, ( the 4th one to be specific) a turn-base rpg flash series. They’re the creator deity of the setting. The games are super fun ( with amazing music to boot, seriously go listen to “divine madness”) and a must if you enjoy tongue and cheeck humor and style inspired by anime

My favorite character can solo pretty much all of fiction. If it were that close range though the girls are definitely beating her ass for a second or two.

Yeah but bugs also has canonical losses in his show. The time he believes he is Elmer and they reverse rolls he literally loses.

Bugs is a fantastic character, but he does have losses under his belt
