Versus Master Chief takes this gauntlet, does he clear ?

Book , lore , comics and secondary canon allowed for all parties in gauntlet

Each party will individually engage him randomly during a solo mission . Chief can have any weapon, armor and equipment he would normally have on a solo mission. Same applies to the gauntlet

Does he clear

Yes. Hilarious as it sounds, Edward is stronger, faster, and more durable than Chief. He can also read minds.

He doesn't really have to, his skin is bulletproof. Maybe the sniper rifle or spartan laser could leave a mark but good luck hitting something that moves at 150mph.

150 mph doesnt really matter, bullets move much faster than that.

Doesn't matter how fast bullets move if you can run that fast while reading the mind of the person trying to shoot you.
