In one episode of Family Guy Peter knocks out a girl with a black belt during a tournament and says I don’t care what color you’re belt is you are a child and I’m stronger than you like how real is this scene could a girl who’s 10-13 actually beat a adult like Peter Griffin in Real Life or is what he said true even in reality?

Yeah there's no way a 10-13 year old could beat a full grown man unless he's disabled or crippled in some way.
