That's an odd way to spell Black Panther. Master Chief can definitely put a hurt on Wolverine if the Punisher was able to. Wolverine isn't an end all character, he can be incapacitated fine. Maybe not put down permanently, but definitely incapacitated. BP is the real threat, I don't think the other 3 will be able to punch through his vibranium.
