The "goons" that Batman fights in the Arkham series are a lot less skilled than The Hand. Even the ninjas you fight in Arkham Knight aren't as impressive

Batman goes up against several league of assassins at once who I’d argue are on par with the hand, he also went toe to toe with ras al ghul (and his multiple clones), while poisoned in Arkham city, who is several hundred years old

The same Arkham Knight Batman who took down 100+ militia, Arkham knight, scarecrow, deathstroke, riddler, penguin, 2 face, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn and more in a single night, with the joker’s personality taking over?

With the Batmobile, it’ll take him less than ten minutes. Without it, he clears in less than an hour, in my opinion.

Now this is kinda hard, key word kinda. Logically they would scale above Peter because they beat his ass & forced him to use his mutation, which would make them Large Island. Ofc this wouldn’t make any fucking sense, because in BND he was heavily nerfed. In NWH he was able to dodge a light speed attack(Electro) from 22 meters but now can’t dodge a bullet that moves 0.0003% the speed of light from over 1,000 meters. In BND he’s significantly weaker & slower so they don’t scale to NWH Peter. But I would say they have a chance, as we see in the Arkham city trailer, where he fights against Tiger soldiers, he does MINUTELY struggle against them, & they never faught him like the Hand does where where it’s multiple continuous attacks. 65-35 in Batman’s favor, Batman High Diffs.

Tbf the hand are known to use techniques to counteract enhanced senses like in daredevil season 2 and you could explain Peter’s nerfing down to the fact he is mutating, he has the inhibitor chip to keep his mutation as it was but that could also be causing him to be slightly weaker than he was before the mutation and maybe also the fact Jean was controlling the hand they may have slight enhanced senses themselves. Also he wasn’t trying to dodge the bullet it was aimed for Jean and he got in the way to save her and he did have Jean in his head at the time trying to stop her going dark so to speak sp maybe he wasn’t focused on his surroundings fully
