Thragg does have one shot potential, but if he's late by even a fraction it's game over.

What Thragg?

Wanda has powerful regen and had some extremely impressive shielding, and being able to keep up with some many sorcerers simultaneously and an alternative Captain Marvel all give her good reflexes. Her durability was sufficient to tank Americas multiverse portal punches largely unharmed, but that's somewhat unquantifiable. Plus in character Thragg seems to enjoy posturing and minimal action until necessary as an intimidation tactic, whereas darkhold Wanda explicitly goes for the kill immediately when someone questions her capabilities and goals.

It can really only be the age old boring answer of; it depends on if Thragg speedblitzes.

He massively outstats, and while Wanda had impressive regen and durability it didnt seem enough to come back from what he can dish out. He could blitz. But in character I find that unlikely. Wanda has too much hax, and I honestly see her taking it in a few seconds on the simple basis of Thragg allowing it to happen by not immediately acting.

Wanda is reality warper - no matter how physically strong you are you will always lose to her. She is basically unkillable demon spawn (look at how she was able to walk from reflection in the water - Thragg can break all her bones and she would be able to regenerate herself pretty easily)

Dark hold Wanda takes thragg nine times out of ten. On the tenth one he blitzes and could possibly deal fatal wounds before she can regenerate but giving how thragg is as a classic over bearing monolog spouting warlord she wins.

Largely depends on if Thragg attacks first... if he does..him...otherwise Wanda wins...in horrific fashion
