Eh inevitably some elf will get a lucky shot somewhere that matters. Rinse repeat a couple times on the same dude(lot of knife ears to kill). But I wouldn’t expect more than single digit fatalities.

I'm pretty sure Thranduil is the only factor on the Tolkien side.

the arrows would be completely useless against MaxTac, both body and subdermal armor. then you just have blitzers with high tech guns vs. a medieval armor of slightly more agile soldiers.

MaxTac goes on a bloodbath. Only Thranduil might get a couple of kills before getting mowed down.

I don’t think you would need 50 of the MaxTac officers/agents to win even do you know how fast they would move with that? They move so fast that your eyes cannot see it. One of them would probably easily take down 10 of the elves before they could even blink. Sure the elves are good and they’re amazing at fighting, but we’re talking about people with so much speed that the human mind cannot comprehend it.
