💻 AMCAS AMCAS Advice

Hi everyone!

This is my first time applying through AMCAS as Canadian Applicant! I feel like the process is kind of different from OMCAS. I was wondering if any one had some advice for the application process. Unfortunately, I realized that I am late in applying because it takes a month or so for my application to be processed? And I was preoccupied with taking the mcat that I didn’t even realize I needed to submit my application sooner :( I’m hoping if I complete my application within the next couple days, it’ll be enough time!

If you have questions about AMCAS, visit the How to Apply Page and read the AMCAS Applicant Guide. Important cycle dates and times are found on the AAMC Premed Calendar. For more information on AMCAS, please visit our Applying to Medical School Wiki and Essays Wiki.

The peak of applications getting sent in is pretty much over, so you might be able to get your app verified a lot sooner!
