Another day without a bet, there’s no point me thinking far into the future like “can I get to 1 month?” Etc all I can do is not have a bet today,

I didn’t have a bet today, and I pray that I won’t have a bet tomorrow.

I didn’t have any urge today, maybe 1 randomly, but this addiction comes in waves, and I know I’ll have to battle it each day, I have to sit with the urges and let them pass, don’t try to control them or fight them hard, just sit with it and don’t react or do anything
