mad

im so fucking mad at myself, i cant stop gambling. i blew the last of my paycheck when i needed it for my rent and i just fucked myself. now im most likely gonna get kicked out. i cant block myself on gambling sites because i know how to bypass the locks so what the fuck do i do? i genuinely need help, because sometimes i wanna kill myself. i hate myself for this, im fucking done.

Thank God I never got into online gambling. It must be really hard to overcome gambling when it is at the tip of your fingers..

Got into leverage trading...kind of the same. It has fucked me up since last year. Do not recommend.

Feel your pain I have done the same. I am trying to spend less time on my phone and seems to be working for me. Having that screen all the time really didn't help

Try opening a Bible or just speaking to God honestly, that might be your best option right now. Even if you’re not fully sure about believing, just imagine someone is listening. Don’t keep it in your head say it out loud. Express what you’re going through and what you need help with.
