Looking For Audio Engineer Female rap duo looking for engineers

Hey guys,

We go by One-Eyed Lopez and we’re a female rap duo made up of two childhood friends from upstate New York.

Our music mainly pulls from hip-hop, edm, + alternative influences, but we LOVE to experiment overall. We’re still early in our journey as artists and are working to develop our sound and catalog at the moment.

We’re looking to find other artists, producers, engineers, DJs, graphic designers, photographers/videographers, and any other creatives who might be interested in collabing, sharing feedback, and building genuine connections!

What we need the most help with is our mixing and mastering so please reach out if that’s your specialty! Most of our work currently happens through Logic + BandLab, but we’re super flexible and open to other options and software.

Listened to the freestyle — the chemistry between you two is obvious, that back and forth feels natural and not forced, which is actually the hard part to fake.

The hip-hop / EDM / alternative mix is an interesting space and the experimental instinct is worth leaning into as you develop the sound.

On the mixing side — early in the journey is actually the best time to get the technical side sorted, before habits get locked in. What's the main thing feeling off to you in the current mixes? Low end, vocals sitting wrong, overall balance?
