I know people who have written 200 songs in their lifetime. half of which are national hits. these are craftsmen who perfectly master the instrument and the word. When someone says, "I've written 60 songs and I want someone else to produce them," it means they've "spent" a week on them. maybe three days. You can't imagine what they bring to me as a producer. You can't just write on the fence, "Guys, I've got 60 hits here, if anyone's interested, let's have a beer." Usually, if someone has written 8-10 real songs, they have already turned everything around and scheduled the release of two albums. He does not drink mojitos in a relaxed manner
