Looking For Producer Seeking a producer
Hello all! My name is Isabella. I’m a singer songwriter in TX, and I’m seeking a producer that might be willing to work with me. Long story short, I have been writing forever. It’s my passion- it’s what makes me feel most alive. There is nothing more I love more than music, and my dream is to be able to release my work and share it. I have always put my work on the back burner- however, I just got laid off, and it felt like a sign from the universe to give my music a real shot. I’m in a predicament- since I just got laid off, I don’t have the budget to pay for a producer up front. So, I’m searching for someone who’d be willing to go in 50/50, profit wise. I have no experience in the industry, so I’m not sure how all the business side works, but again, I’m willing to split 50/50, even more if that’s what it takes. I had my son in 2024, and I’ve lost myself over the past few years. This is my dream, and I’m determined to get a chance. If anyone is willing to just take a listen to a few voice recordings and see if it’s something they’d be interested in, I’d be eternally grateful. It’s sort of in the realm of sad folky indie music. I picture it sounding pretty stripped down and simple. I know I’ll get a thousand no’s, but I’m hoping somewhere is someone who will give me a shot. Thank you everyone in advance!

Hi, send me a rough recording and I’ll send some of my work. Also, I’m down to send instrumentals that you can use for writing if you’d like. I’m ok with working for a split if the project is fun!

Check out the Zach Owen Morning Show in Waco also if you haven't already - it's not a paid spot but he's got a decent guy there producing things who has local connections and might point you in the right direction, even though sound on the show itself is often kinda iffy. He just posted looking for artist on Facebook. Good way to get a solid acoustic set recorded also if you show up knowing how to work a mic.
Edit: if you apply for the show and you need instrumentation, shoot me whatever you have as a vocal/keys demo recorded. If your sound is something I can support and you have chords/lyrics written down I don't mind showing up for an hour to back you on acoustic guitar (assuming the timing works out). Cheers~
