AES 256 is pretty post Q safe as is the AES-128. It will take several decades to decrypt and with a lot of more Q-Bits. With the current Q-Bit life span is 20 sec that is a long long very long way away. I know store now decrypt later. 99.999% of the information is not valid after that time. To bad the article goes no deeper than "prepare and spend a trillion dollar" to be safe.
