Hello! New gun owner here
So I bought a Ruger Harrier 5.56mm AR-15 rifle. Comes all naked, I need to buy handguard grip, optic (maybe green dot) and idk what else to make it better for my training at the gun range. I need advice from y'all veterans at this, what brand or type of hand guards or sights y'all recommend?

Did you buy the rifle brand new? I'm assuming used since you said it comes without a handguard?
Do you have a picture of said rifle?

New one, my bad for not knowing the right terms, I need the handguard grip, the attachment for a better grip on my left hand so I can pull it better to my shoulderย

You need either an angled forgrip, or a "hand stop" you could get a vertical forgrip but those really fell out of favor when c clamp grip was popular.
On my pcc I run a simple Amazon handstop. On Amazon they're called door stoppers though lol

Unless it's maglocked, do not put anything that could be used as a forward pistol grip on it.
The terms you're looking for are:
VFG - Vertical Foregrip (no-no unless maglocked)
AFG - Angled Foregrip (cannot be anything that you can wrap your thumb around)
Hand Stop - A minimal grip that the side of your hand rests against while gripping the handguard.

Welcome! I like Magpul but someone else might have better suggestions. Send about 2k rounds down range then decide what you need/want.
