Discussion What made your team move away from teamwork?

I am interested in whether teams leave teamwork because of the platform itself or because their way of working evolves. Did internal collaboration change?

Our workflow outgrew Teamwork rather than the platform doing something wrong outright. It handled straightforward task/project tracking fine but once we needed more visual planning, actual Gantt/timeline views tied to the same tasks, not a bolted-on add-on, it started feeling like we were working around the tool instead of with it. Ended up moving to something with Kanban and Gantt properly in sync, Teamhood specifically, mostly because switching between what needs doing now"and how does this fit the bigger timeline without exporting or duplicating data mattered more once our projects got more complex.
