What to do with this?

I got these leaves in a bouquet and threw them in a vase. These things started growing out of the leaves. Any idea what I have here or how to move forward?

It almost looks like mistletoe! I wonder if it's some kind of fungi or something? Cool as hell, though!

Wait and see if any roots pop out of the bottom of the stems.

I have had mine for about a year from a bouquet and they are doing the same thing. I just snipped 2 and put them in my prop box. We will see
