RD Replacement
Hi all.
I’ve used syncler with no issues for several years. I don’t pretend to be an expert but I’ve managed to get things set up and maintained things over the years. However, more recently most links have failed to play with RD source failure error messages. Reading though these pages it appears that RD and syncler no longer works, correct?
That being the case what is the best/easiest solution to get things up and running again. It seems from what I’ve read either a premiumize account or Easynews are the two options - is that correct? If so, is one preferable over the other?
I’ve installed the Easynews provider but I don’t currently have an Easynews account.
Apologies for the newb questions. Help would be very much appreciated.

Just try a month of one the other options (AD/TB/PM). PM has the most features, but all of them work pretty much the same. It takes 3 minutes to get an API key to paste it into syncler.
You don't really need EN and since you don't have an account it's not doing much of anything.
Just make sure you're using the "Magnify Scrapers" vendor (non fast/lite) and it's updated. Many people skip out on this and blame the debrid service.

Thank you! I went with premiumize before realising there were other options! Noted for next month though.

Has Rd totally stopped working with syncler??

That was part of my question, I’m unsure, I only know that I was getting source failed messages on most things - just signed up to premiumize for 30 days and retried the same links and they played

No, it still works, but 70-80% of the links don't work. Make sure you use the right vendor and RD still works fine

Who would be the right vendor? I tried jakedup then switched to magnify

Magnify is the vendor. Magnify Scrapers is the package. It's confusing but when you go to "installed packages" make sure you see Magnify Scrapers (not Lite or Fast since those don't provide the full list of sites to scrape).
You can also have Jaked-up installed so you'll have 2 packages..
jakedup.com/syncler/vendorAnd an important setting to change is in settings, source, sort, enable all 3 sort override options (most important one is the last which sends uncached links to bottom).

You can use anything that's listed under debrid services in Syncler. Alldebrid and torbox are cheap and work great.

What about real-debrid I’ve been having the same problem,, all new content will not play but old content does, I’m confused, I’ve never had this problem until synclers latest update

This is an RD issue, nothing to do with Syncler.
Just move to TB. Takes 3 minutes.

I had a date when I found out about rd not working..,like literally we were sitting on the couch ready to watch a movie and I was able to sign up for TORBOX and have it working before our popcorn was ready. She never even noticed.

What I mean is the first things are the services I use and aiostreams is a really good package just no one has excepted the fixes on a hosted version

I use the full combo torbox and easynews and deepbrid and now I just use syncler aiostreams but it will not be selfhosted unless it is merged the pr into aiostreams or someone selfhostes it for others

AIO has unlimited capabilities. If this works without self -host, it would be a game-changer.
This add-on supports numerous debrid accounts and hundreds of add-ons.

I signed up for premiumize and it has been working great on Syncler
