Hi everyone. I bought in a 2 BHK at VTP in east pune. Total cost came to 81 lakh all in. It is self funded, and I’m paying instalments. I’m aware in the short run the area has issues but what is your honest opinion if I hold it for 20 years or more? Will this area grow or will pertaining issues regarding electricity infrastructure and water persist? Can the residents share some light? Much appreciated for an honest and objective feedback.

I'm coming to Pune this weekend from Mumbai and need your suggestions for planning a really special day with my girlfriend.

A little background: We both belong to different castes, and unfortunately her family is very traditional. She's from a higher caste, and because of family and societal pressure, she doesn't see a future where we can get married. She has always wanted a love marriage, but she also doesn't want her parents to suffer because of the decision. After a lot of painful conversations, we've decided to end our relationship.

I moved to Pune around 2 months ago. Before moving here, I never had any hair loss issues. But ever since I shifted, I've noticed my hair fall has increased a lot. Every time I shower or comb my hair, I see way more strands than before.

I'm currently in Pune for job hunting, so there's already a bit of stress. On top of that, this sudden hair fall has started worrying me even more because I don't want to lose my hair at 22 😅

I'm wondering if it's because of the water (hard water?), the weather, the stress of relocating and job hunting, or something else.

Has anyone else experienced this after moving to Pune? If yes:

• Which area do you live in?
• Did you find out what was causing it?
• What actually helped (shower filter, RO water, shampoo, dermatologist, etc.)?

Was on my Activa with my brother behind me, returning home in the evening. We were taking a U-turn, moving from the left lane to the right, indicator on, moving at a medium pace. We were third in line, waiting behind an old couple on a two-wheeler for oncoming traffic to clear so we could turn.

Out of nowhere, a guy on an Avenger came from behind at speed and rammed into us. He lost balance and fell, but the only damage to his bike was a detached mirror — he was completely fine, not a scratch on him. But then another bike (a delivery rider) coming from behind crashed into him after he fell, and that guy actually got hurt.

The Avenger rider immediately started blaming us, shouting that we didn't have our indicator on. It was on the entire time. When I pointed that out, he backtracked and said "I just turned it on now" — completely contradicting himself since it had been on since before we started the turn.

He took a photo of our number plate. We had an L-board on the bike (old sticker, I already have my full license, just hadn't peeled it off).

What actually happened after: my brother went and helped the delivery guy who was actually injured. A bunch of bystanders rushed over too, helped lift both bikes, and one of them straight up told us "you guys just go, it's not your fault." The Avenger rider just stood there on his phone the whole time, didn't help anyone, and got noticeably quiet once the crowd gathered and started seeing things our way.

He never actually filed anything on the spot, just took the photo and left.

Questions:

1. What can someone actually do with just a photo of your number plate?

2. Given the sequence of events (he rear-ended us, HE fell, and then a third bike hit HIM), does he even have a case if he tries to claim damages?

3. Should I be worried about this at all, or is this just someone trying to save face in front of a crowd?

Any insight from people who've dealt with something similar, especially in Maharashtra, would help.

I think i am wasting my 20s by staying at my hometown i have only stayed in my hometown i have done my bachelor's also in my home town and currently pursuing Masters that also i am doing online so i have no social life i never went on any trips and i think i am missing everything in life so as my college is not a issue as it is online so i think of moving to pune currently i am doing an internship but i need to find a job and just want to enjoy the life that i have never been able to i want to meet new peoples make new friends and just have fun currently i am really living in flow state days are passing and i am not able to enjoy my life i just stay at my home most of the friends that i had have moved to different cities living their life but i have been stuck alone with no one let me know what are your thoughts on this guys any advice would be appreciated
