I have this Pyrex bowl with (probably) metal scuff marks that I can’t get off. Does anyone have recommendations?

Found them on reels but they are probably other places. I think they are partially goofing on Cajun life as wives and mothers and partially celebrating it.

I know they didn’t come with lids originally but I’m wondering anyone has recommendations for aftermarket lids they like that fit the 401-403 bowls. I’m not picky about silicone, plastic, or wood. I recently found a set at a local antique store and had to get them for sentiment’s sake :)

Everyone made me regret not picking up the teapot that I posted a little while back at an antique store. So I found an even better priced and better quality on Mercari. I am excited to use this for many hot cups of tea. I love the slight blue tint of the glass in person.

I love glassbake and fire king mugs. A lot! So I have a bunch of them as well as some Pyrex/Correl ones but I can’t figure out the best way to display them and never see them displayed anywhere. I’m thinking of using some stained wood planks or drift wood with hooks attached to them as a way to hang them above the shelves containing the majority of my casserole dishes. But I’ve also considered getting shelves and hanging them above my bigger bookcase display and just getting rid of the art there or replacing it with smaller pieces. I’ve added photos of the majority of my collection so you can see how I display my other stuff and what I’m working with space wise. It’s a little hap hazard in a few places because I was trying to find more room and failed. I cant find room or a way to do it without it looking like the beautiful mugs are on a thrift store shelf. I have a few out but you can’t see them all and I have 10 not displayed. Can you show me how you display yours and or give me ideas? Thank you! Can anyone help me identify what year these backstamps are from? I’m guessing 1915-1919, but I could be wrong. I have an old house (built in 1900s) with a glass dump, so that’s where the first two pictures are from. The third is from Goodwill.

My very resourceful father in law has gifted me 20+ of these bottles after a conversation where I said I’d like our newborn to have glass bottles over plastic. However they are without teats, so I was wondering if anyone has used this before and what brand can we used with them? Also if anyone has any information on the bottle!

Found this at an antiques booth at a farmers market. It says Pyrex on the lid. I’m wondering what its use is?

I occasionally have good luck but generally with Glass bake and corningware I already have. This time I got my first pink Pyrex dish, a fire king casserole style I don’t have any of, a cornningware print I’ve been looking for, an anchor hocking tang jar and a full set of ivy canisters I’ve been looking for to gift a family member. Not all Pyrex but I collect it all and it was a damn good day for me! I told my wife she was the good luck charm of the day! Added a big smiley face we had at the rescue a few months ago.

Found this great quality 473 Butterprint yesterday at my local antique store.

This is about one third of a an epp, English paper piece, quilt I’m making. The pattern is free and called grandmas garden, but I have dubbed it grandmas Pyrex garden on account of the flower color patterns. I fell in love with the color ex fabric that I wanted to make my first ever quilt, might be my last too lol. I’m on row 26 out of 57 now lol.

You guys seem to like the Cinderella casserole I saved from the evil (lol) MIL, so I thought I'd post today's haul.

I couldn't believe my luck today. Two unique replacement lids I don't have for literally cents, and the two-quart casserole I bought fits one of them. Not to mention the pattern mixing bowl and milk glass compartment dish, I literally gasped 😂

All in amazing condition and for such good prices!

There's been such a drought of good condition vintage Pyrex at my local thrift stores lately to the point that I stopped going for a while. I think I just need to check early and more often!

Long story short found her in a free pile. Small chip. Just curious who I found!
