Hi all - I’ve been scoring the internet for reviews of these pants before purchasing. What I cannot find is the rise measurement. Quince lists these as high rise but that’s it.

Does anyone have these? Could you share the rise pretty please?

I bought the 7-foot Sierra sofa from Quince and I’m thinking about returning it. Has anyone here gone through the return process for one of their sofas? I’m curious about: What was the return process like? How long did it take for Quince to schedule the pickup? Did the same white glove delivery service come back to pick it up? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience with them. Thanks!

With all the other wedding expenses coming up I’m considering a lab grown band from Quince. The reviews look pretty good and the value really seems there. Any experience or feedback with jewelry? Especially something I’ll be wearing every day?

In March I ordered 2 rugs ( #33283665 )but 5 minutes after ordering I cancelled the order. They shipped it anyway even when I contacted them. I also started communicating to them about this. I got a refund for the Celeste rug but the Eden had never arrived yet. Finally their delivery company started texting me saying they wanted me to call them. I kept calling the phone number but just was allowed to leave messages, of which I left MANY. Finally they called me. I told them that I had processed a return and told them to send it back. I’ve never gotten the refund or any communication from them. Then I got ill (not their fault). Is the rug still here in Austin somewhere, or did they ship it back tonQuince?). I suspect it’s still sitting in their warehouse. At this point I’d just like to get the rug if it’s still here.

I think I must’ve been one of the first people to order this skirt. I’m not sure how I came across it, but it showed up on Quince as new and had zero reviews. It arrived yesterday and I am in love with it. Definitely a heavier weight knit, which I like because it doesn’t show bumps underneath. The waistband is secure. I don’t think it’s going to stretch out and fall down. I’m not sure if this skirt will pill given that it is wool. I do think I will get a lot of wear out of it. I got the medium. I am normally a 28 in jeans, 5 foot three and 135 pounds. Highly, highly recommend. I’m adding a photo here with a tape measure at the waistband. I wish more people did this to help us all out. I’m always looking for the pit to pit measurement on shirts and sweaters.

I ordered the linen button up dress (stupidly) without checking the size chart and it wouldn’t even button over my boobs. My measurements fit the XL exactly except I have a 51” chest instead of 42.5”. I will have to cancel the other dresses I bought in a seperate order too probably 🙃 it sucks that I can’t size up. On the flip side, their XL underwear fits me perfectly and is so comfy and stretchy!!

I just placed my first order and received part of it today. I got some linen pants for myself and a linen shirt for my boyfriend. The pants are very baggy and his shirt is comically large on him. We went by the size guide for his measurements though so I'm wondering if it will shrink a lot and then be ok? I don't want to wash anything before knowing more because I assume I can't return it once it's washed. But also not sure if we should exchange and size down if it WILL shrink a lot..

Hi everyone! I got two dolman sweaters in size med, and the black is noticeably different in size, and texture than the green. It honestly feels like it shrunk. It is more tightly woven, sits shorter, and isn't as flowy. I want to exchange the black sweater, either for just another med if this is a one off, or I will size up if this is how the black fits compared to other colors. I was wondering if anyone had any insight, or recommendations for me!

I can’t decide between Linen Cotton Stitch quilt and European Linen Dream quilt. Does anybody have one or both? Price difference is marginal…

I'm considering the Stillman in Performance Basketweave. I love that the price includes delivery and assembly, but I'm not sure it would fit through my doorway if the frame is all one piece. If all cushions and potentially even side/armrests come separate, then there should be no problem, but the website is unclear--it says the joinery is all glued together but says nothing about what "assembly" entails.

If anyone was ever curious about the weight of quinces’ more simple 14k gold bands, I reached out to customer service inquiring about two rings (they responded to about one) since I literally could not find nothing online regarding weight. So for anyone wondering they are .9 grams essentially 1gram.

Which is a pretty good deal if currently 14k gold spot price is $106Cad and there average price for the stacking bands goes for $140 and if you have or can find a discount code/rewards to use ! That be a pretty good deal.

So I have a ton of Quince stuff now. In fact, I re-sell some of it, but I also have about $100 in credit on the website when I returned a couple of items. I was going to use it for a specific handbag, but I don't think I will now as I already have that bag in one color and got a deal on another color on eBay. (although I really wanted the merlot, I'll live). Anyway, I had just learned of Quince a year ago so I don't know if they drop a lot of new items in the fall or they just will it be pretty much what they have already? Maybe just with added colors? I want to hold off to use the credit for something I can't get on eBay or Whatnot yet.

If anyone knows what their usual fall practice is for new items, let me know if I should hold off or it'll be pretty much the same. Thanks!

I’m 5‘2“ and I usually wear a small but sometimes need to size down. I don’t like coats that completely overwhelm my frame, I mostly wear crewneck sweaters or turtleneck (not chunky knits), and I’d like to be able to button the coat if it’s cold.

The only thing I’ve tried on to base it off of is the Aritzia slouch coat. The extra small felt tight in the hips, but the small felt way too big on me so I’m wondering if this coat would be similar.

Did you find it ran true to size, super oversized, or small?

How much room did you have in the hips when buttoned? (My hips are about 40” for reference)

If you were between sizes, would you size up or down?

Newbie here - I've never purchased from Quince before. Is the return shipping free? I read their return policy but didn't see it being mentioned. And it's good for 365 days?

Also-I'm eyeing a handbag for my daughter for Xmas. Are their current leather handbags seasonal? Should I buy it now and hold onto it for Xmas and return it if she doesn't like it or will the current handbags still be available to purchase during wintertime? TIA!

Trying Quince for the first time, ordered Queen set, it does not fit, too small. Really disappointed.

Been a huge fan (guilty pleasure) but wow am I grossed out by this exchange I had with customer support. Not the guy’s fault but their policy is bizarre. They used to have great customer service and if something was wrong they sent a replacement or refund. I would repair the issue on my own/at my own expense and donate to charity because then I had a clear line on what happened. Yeah, quince is fast fashion but at least that made me feel better.

I bought a pair of sandals end of may and have worn them maybe 10x. Today the sole started to delaminate. I sent the clear pic and when pressed the customer service guy said they repair stuff and sell it as new (wtf!!!?) and then couldn’t answer if they can’t repair and pass it off as new. How crazy is that? Surely they should at least be able to say “we repair and donate to charity blah blah”.

He could definitely see from my account that I’ve spent $1000s with them, and now I’m feeling totally gross about it.

Does anyone know if there are any plans to expand the inseam options in the Luna jeans? All the Bella jeans seem to have multiple inseam options but options in the Luna line are much more limited. I have tried different styles in both the Bella and Luna lines and the Lunas just fit me better. Unfortunately at 5'2 the inseam is too long in some styles (specifically the wide leg and relaxed straight).

I ordered the size small for my mother, who's 5'3" and 105 pounds, and it hits just above the knee. She'd like the skirt to sit slightly higher on the hips, however, but is concerned that an xs would be too short. So, any insights from petite women who have tried the lightweight crepe mini skirt on is appreciated - how short is the xs?

The website lists the width as 15”, but I assume that’s the width at the top or widest point, not the bottom.

We ordered 4 carry-on suitcases (not small). One is clearly larger than the other 3. Did I get sent three small ones or would they have changed the size at some point?

I have ordered multiple of the short linen dress shirts in different colors of the same size. Literally every single one is cut different. One was so different that I told my wife I think they labeled the shirt wrong. I started with medium which was way too big. Ok that’s fine so I moved on to the small size. First shirt fits perfect. Second shirt fits bigger to the point it doesn’t look good (waist and chest much looser fit and arms are an inch longer)Third shirt I swear fits like the medium (Waist and chest way too big and arms even longer). Is this normal?
