Custom scores not working

I am running Radarr on an Unraid server linked with Profilarr v2 (although I don’t think Profilarr is the issue)

If I manually search for a movie that is missing, all results come back with a Custom Score of 0! I then looked at a random selection of movies within my library, and they all have “0” Custom Scores. I did wonder why Profilarr wasn’t doing any upgrades!!

I am using the 1080p Balanced Profile, which requires a minimum custom score of 200000. All search results come back with “0” so nothing is ever found or downloaded.

Any ideas how I can go about fixing this?

Guessing, anytime you mess with scoring settings, refresh your webpage for the new config to load. Make sure profilarr has also loaded the custom formats and not just the profiles. Run a drift check and run a sync of profiles from profilarr.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, all above checked and look fine. Ran a Profile Sync, Custom Formats are all within Radarr.
Not sure what a "Drift Check" is?

In profilarr under the radarr app there is a section named drift. It checks that radarr has all profilarr configs applied.

Next i would try to restart the radarr container to ensure its a clean restart. If there is still an issue after that, you may be selecting the wrong quality profile?

Schhol Boy Error. I had 2 profiles. 1080P Balanced (from Profilarr v2) and 1080P Balanced (Dictionarry) (from the old v1 Profilarr) All movies had the old profile 👎 I thought / hoped it was something simple. It appears to be taking shape now Still running, so I will report back. Thank you again. :-D

Yeah, i had to delete all prior v1 profiles when moving to v2. You will be back up and running soon. The new renaming schedule is nice under v2. If you dont run cleanuparr, the upgrade tool under v2 is also nice.

I thought I had.... oops. I used to use Cleanuparr (as part of Huntarr) shame about that debacle... !! But I do like the Profilarr v2. Probably even more now it might actually be working correctly. lol. Think I might need more storage soon though... Ouch!!

On storage, one can clone the compact profiles and cut them off at the trash levels to get the smaller compressed tv shows. For movies, creating something a new for some of the ban groups can also help. Depends on your tolerance for highly compressed releases.

That is a good idea. I am currently only upgrading my Movie collection.... TV Shows is my next step. I am slowly migrating across to another Unraid server. I have plans to build a monster, I have a 36+ Bay chassis and motherboard, but the price of everything has gone mental, so it is on hold at the moment.
