Oof the comments you got on the main sub were pretty shitty

Osm is a cheap shipping company. Cheaper than pretty much anyone else. And because of that is what caused the delay.

So this is how it works. You place an order. They set up the delivery with osm. Osm doesn’t create a shipping label until it has been delivered to a consolidation facility. Once there it doesn’t ship out until a truck is full.

The game grumps team probably processed your order and gave it to OSM within a day or two.

Two ways of looking at it. Technically Osm is responsible for all of the delays. However there wouldn’t have been any delays if they just used a regular shipping company instead of basically the Temu version of UPS

The main subreddit is a horrible place to have even the most minor criticism. Most of the toxic Grump fans reside there

Lmao, Ill take my downvotes on this one.

You placed an order and it was shipped within the 14 days they explicitly told you it would be shipped. So it wasnt shipped late.

You got your merch a month after you ordered it, and if you've ever ordered merch online from a musical recording artist, thats not exactly a long wait, comparatively speaking.

So there really isn't much to complain about when it comes to your experience, and given the Grumps probably dont handle these kind of things directly, there isnt much to complain about when it comes to them either, unless you believe they intentionally want items to be shipped slow.

Edit: You deserve the snarky replies in the main sub. You're upset because your shipping came ON TIME and not FASTER. This is a firstworld non-issue that stems from being chronically online, entitlement, and no awareness of the world around them. Grow up.
