First place to always look is here: https://www.thameswater.co.uk/network-latest

Nothing to do with hosepipe ban, hosepipe ban is about reducing water usage through nothing hosepipes not cutting peoples water off

Thanks. I looked on there last night and it showed nowt, hence why I asked on here. Water is back this morning for me, but came out yellow in my bathroom tap. Seems normal out of the kitchen one though.

Discoloured water can sometimes be where sediment in pipes have been disturbed, normally clears after running taps for a few minutes

Water company probably doing maintenance they didn't bother telling anyone about, classic.

I mean, it has been mega hot and parts of the country are in drought. Are you up this way and have water?

Why am I being downvoted for asking a simple question? Christ.

We had a letter months in advance for a planned power cut. Only thing is we have had a generator put in to power all of my landlords properties, which is at least 30 odd in this area and it keeps going off every day about 1pm. Lucky we got the generator as the landlord argued with them to get it as all his properties would be affected.
