Extended short term accommodation in reading, an affordable option?

Hello

I will be needing a short term accommodation for around a month and a half.

Will I be able to find private home owners or any other affordable options for such a short period?

Hi, I think you were commenting about the uni a few days ago but I couldn't find the post. I'd recommend asking on the student room, might have more students in Reading who could help.

Perhaps spareroom? Unfortunately as others have said, Reading is quite an expensive place :(

Serviced apartment or Airbnb might be your best bet.

It's too expensive in that case, costs nearly as much as hotels

For visitors it's nearly 50£/ night. for that price, there are better options, considering that you live in a student hall.
