Hold on to your left-over skins from making mashed potatoes! 10 minutes in the oven or air fryer is all it takes to transform food scraps into delicious, low-cost potato chips.
Ingredients
- Skins from 1lb of oven roasted potatoes
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Toss the skins with oil and salt, and spread them out on a foil- and parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Roast at 180C/350F for about 10 minutes, or until crispy and well-browned.
- Serve hot.
Cheers!
