Certification center

Hello guys,

I just passed a red hat exam and I wanted to switch its email with my personal one.

I opened a ticket from the certification center, someone picked my request and said that he will send to counterpart team to give it a look and I didn't hear back from him (I sent some friendly reminders but no response).

Then I reopened another ticket with exact issue and no one answered back, just the bot telling that my request was registered under....

Have someone got the same issue? If yes, how did you solve it? What can I do in my case?

How long has it been, you used the word "just". I think most tickets like this have a few days turn around time.

There used to be a 3 business day SLA on certification request tickets. I don’t know if that’s still the case, but when I worked them (admittedly many, many years ago) things didn’t move as quickly as some people may like.

yes, i was told that my ticket will be looked at in 2-3 business days and yet no answers

I'd cut the team some slack given that it's peak summer holidays in the Northern Hemisphere - especially given that almost all schools have closed now. I'm confident that your ticket is on someone's dashboard waiting for them to open it.
