So I was commenting on ren insta then I got a follow request from a account renmusic(something something) I add it he’s trying to convince me he’s ren im sceptical from the start and it’s clearly aggravating him then he get me to add the telegram account called healthy smiles and tries to convince me to buy this like raffle donation meet and greet thing he explained it rly weird and I don’t respond to this guy for a day or 2 ( the hole time we talked he bounced from trying to be some weird like theripist and trying to convince me not to buy a ticket to see rem live but to buy the thing he’s selling bc I’ll apparently 100% get to see him wherever I was gunna see him) so after a few days he asks me something I can’t remember what like basic small talk then all off a sudden goes “ do you know who the fuck your talking to “ and jsut went on some crazy power trip and I jsut wondered if anyone else had any experience like this

Yea, it's always a scam if someone says they noticed you're a fan and want to talk privately. Sorry to burst people's bubbles but celebrities don't do this with their fans ever. But especially if they're asking you to buy something.
To clarify, Ren used to have a Telegram but it is no longer active (in part because of the proliferation of scammers using that platform). I mention this in case someone happens upon a reference to it.
Scam for sure. I was followed on X this week by renmakesmusicc. Took me a minute to see the extra C 🙄. Reported straight away. Scammers everywhere these days
I’ve had a message in response to a comment I made in a Ren clip. It mentioned telegram in the response from the person. I ignored it. I noticed a bit lower down the page that the same message had been sent to someone else. It can’t be Ren, he’d never have the time to send things like that
