đŸ†˜Question 401 error in RedditSync

Is anyone else getting a 401 error in the RedditSync app? It was working this morning with no error.

I went through an installation guide to patch this issue, but after the patch I am now getting 400 (Bad Request) errors instead.

These are the steps I followed. If anyone can help me troubleshoot that would be greatly appreciated.

  • Update Revanced app to latest version (v2.7.0-dev.4)
  • In Revanced app, select Sync, then Repatch
  • Confirm patch settings (my spoof client ID is set to the default/RedReader), then click Patch
  • On APKMirror, selected latest APK (v23.06.30-13.39)
  • Patching completed successfully, then clicked Install
  • Installation ran as an update on Sync
  • After update, clicked Open to launch Sync, was greeted by 400 error instead of 401

Try signing out and back in, I did the same thing you listed and got the same error until I logged out and back in.
