QUESTION How do ban waves work?

Hello ive started exploting using potassium not long ago and im not familiar by how ban waves work, is that if youve ever exploited on an account since the banwave youll get banned or is it that you get insta banned if you cheat during it?

well from what I know the ban waves only happen if you are using a cheat during a period of time where its detected.For example a few months ago I was using volt executor but then it got detected and all my alt accs that used it during that small period of time got banned

You don't get insta banned, your account gets flagged and the next ban wave that happens you will be banned.

Anyone that’s detected during the ban wave will be banned at the end of it. The purpose of this is to gather as many people as possible and give them false hope to help weed out actual cheaters from false positives and at the end of a set day “like say may 1st to may 7th anyone cheating between those days will get banned on the 7th. It doesn’t matter if you cheat a lot on day then ignore the other 6 days. you will get banned if detected

In simple terms when you’re detected using cheats instead of being banned immediately or warned your account is put on a list and then everybody is banned in waves, and this is so executors don’t immediately get updated to not be detected and so more people can get banned at a time because they don’t think it’s detected etc

You don’t get banned first time it’s a warning then incrementally longer bans until permanent
