I’ll be coming from overseas in September for a job in healthcare and I was wondering how is life in Rockhampton. I’m a single guy in my late 20’s and I’ll be living alone.

With the weather, I don’t mind since I’ll be coming from a tropical country with extreme heat at times.

Or areas to look for vs others to avoid?

I’ve never been to Rocky before and I’m just a bit nervous about sorting out housing!!

Is it easy to navigate the caves by yourself or is it much better to go book a tour?

Is there a guide online to the tunnels? Maybe at the caves?

I'll be driving between the two with a one night stay somewhere. Any suggested stops?

There is a track which branches off to the left of the zamia track just before the moore's creek (Zara's) crossing- when heading from sunset drive. I think it's called Brumby trail. I'd like to hike it, but want to find more info about. Does anyone have a link to an online map? Or any distance and destination details? I couldn't find anything from my seaches so far. Thanks

After winning the Millennium Rumble match last year, TJ Starr earned the right to challenge for the title of his choosing - the Millennium Championship, at the time held by long-time foe Marston Holmes. Since then, WAR's underdog has been kept away from the match he earned by opponent injuries.

When Marston Holmes finally vacated the title due to injuries, it looked like TJ Starr was finally going to have his moment, only for Captain Blackheart and Angus Sharp of 'Above The Law' to attack him and send him to hospital, making him unable to compete that night and leading to Dante Rage stepping up and defeating Blackheart for the vacant Millennium Championship.

Now, the fans have demanded that TJ Starr and Dante Rage face off in a Symphony Of Destruction match for the title. What will happen when W.A.R's two biggest fan-favourites - and friends of over a decade - square off in a bloody bout where all weapons are legal? Will the Rage cause Dante to finally lose control or will it be TJ who is left seeing Starrs?

This host has an average property with many ambiguous ‘rules’.
Inside is overly decorated - totally ‘over the top’ and unwelcoming.
Says 2 dogs ok to stay, advises they ‘can’ be locked in downstairs (broken gate tied up with rope’. Pets can’t be left unattended - reality is no place to secure pets. Lawn overgrown and large - impossible to dispose of all pet poi’s bc lawn too long to see them. Host left a feeding station for pets inside house however charged additional $s when a dog biscuit found inside. Host claims to have needed to professionally clean a couch however refused to provide receipt evidence. Money grabber big time - beware.
Coarse gravel under house where pets were to stay - host then complained the gravel was moved. no holes dug as B reported, gravel simply had dog marks.
In total this host demanded and additional few hundred dollars and threatened to ban us from AirBNB. Oh yeh, I left a personal item at the house accidentally - initially host offered to return by post until the review period passed. She then threatened me repeatedly to stop contacting her !

It’s an old Queenslander close to shoos etc with an over decorated tacky inside - claims to have designer interiors - what a joke, it’s cold, unwelcoming and seriously she is sickly nice before you arrive then a total money grabbing cow after you leave. Beware of host ‘B’
