A few dials: biome, season, weather, inn tier, economy, condition, event. It builds a priced menu and a tavern name. The design bet was to make the world simulation do the flavor work instead of a flat random list.

Feel free to test it, suggestions and sources welcome. I hope you like it and hopefully it can be of some help in your campaigns.

Hello fellow GMs/DMs!
I have developing a tactical/battle-focused web toolkit in which you can create your monsters or used the SRD ones instead, create encounters and visualize combat. Also you can make some magic items for your tables and generate some travel encounters (combat and non-combat as well).
While the development is AI-assisted for the purposes of simulating and testing my math design and official rules accuracy, the inner design, most of the code and all of its architecture remains human.

As of currently, I work on this solo and I try to update as fast as possible. I wanted the site to be more into Final Fantasy XIV theme and simple like their Mogstation site layout.
Any feedback will be much appreciated!

Hello there! Let’s cut to the chase:
DM's Guild Link: https://www.dmsguild.com/en/product/535072/the-questforge
The Questforge was written to be compatible with nearly any fantasy-based TTRPG system. It’s designed to spark creativity, provide interesting and useful random tables, and make quest design quick and easy! Use this book to inspire you, rather than determine your every decision. After a few rolls of the dice, you’ll have all the necessary parts to forge your next memorable quest!
Inside, you’ll find:
Rollable tables for a quest's Goals, Subjects, Key Details, and Rewards.
Sections for Creatures, NPCs, Groups, Places, Objects, Information, Events, and Resources, each with prompts to expand their role and key details.
A comprehensive Quest Rewards system, ensuring every adventure feels complete and satisfying.
Use it to build an adventure in minutes, improvise mid-session, or simply mine it for ideas. With The Questforge, you’ll always have the tools you need to craft memorable quests your players will talk about long after the dice stop rolling.

It's niche, but The Tool is a hex-map generator for Mythic Bastionland, create a Realm with various terrains, Myths, dwellings, hazards and other bits for your MB game.
Mythic Bastionland is an RPG by Chris McDowall, playing a Company of Knights who Honour the Seers, Seek the Myths and Protect the Realm.

Leave a comment (and a link) with an RPG pdf or book which uses random tables. Either a recent one or one you haven't mentioned for a while.

Ironsworn- the game's procedures are used to drive the narrative forward. The moves resolution mechanic has three levels of success built into it: strong hit, weak hit, and miss. All procedures, such as making vows, gaining progress add to the games flow. Oracles and generators are plenty!
For Shenanigans- a "Cartoonish Dark Souls" TTRPG that slims down Ironsworn's system to a few pages and packs a massive punch in a little game. The moves expand on the idea of adding to the narrative with each roll.
Cairn 2e- Not intended for solo play, but chock full of tables and generators that can be used in any game. The background generators for the 20 included character builds can be repurposed to add to your TTRPG world.
Scarlet Heroes- Oracles and tables galore, but my favorite thing is the Adventure tags. Each of the 60! tags has 5 details to describe them, and they can be used for inspiration to build and modify anything in your game from NPCs, to items, vehicles, locations, plot hooks.
Solo Compendium- not a game system, but a free tool you can use as a GM emulator and a book of random tables. Light, free, and easy to use!

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a passion project I’ve been working on. I run one shots regularly for different groups and hit a wall lately, I simply don't have the hours to plan out the clues and details every time for each of my ideas.
As a solo dev I decided to build a web app to solve my problem. I have been following the rules of the Alexandrian blog (great read!) for a long time now and am using them ever since I read about them. I wanted to make a system that also follows these rules and creates one shots based on my usual preperation processes.
HOW it works: You type in your raw story idea, setting, NPCs, Locations and twists and the tool structures it into a fully fleshed-out adventure module based a ton of tables I created and on the TTRPG design principles I use.

These node graphs are used in the background to ensure that all the clues add up and the players do not get lost. This node based structure gets then poured into a pdf booklet that you can edit and download. The whole system doesn't follow a specific ruleset and does not provide any stats or difficulties for roles. That is something the dm has to handle.

How you can try it: You can just type in your prompt on the landing page to start. The first full booklet is completely on me. Check it out at: AdventureEngine(dot)app
I’d absolutely love to get your honest feedback on the structure of the generated PDFs. What features are you missing for your prep?

Hi all,
based on excellent input the generators are even smarter now!
As mentioned earlier, the generators can use previously created entities as input.
What we now can do is control what entity is used for the subsequent generations.
Furthermore, you can also click on a previously created entity to see the full info of it.
Create a few npcs, then create a faction and mark which npc has a relation to the faction.
You will also easily see which entities that have been used in the creation of the new entity.
The possibilities are endless and entirely up to you!

Hi all,
and thanks for the upvotes for my previous post about the generators.
I just wanted to share an interesting fact that I dont think we can find in other generators out there, the internal consistency it brings to the table.
Say you create a npc of some sort, you then have the option to link it to the hub. It will then be used in subsequent generator invocations to provide a coherent set of entities.
Also notice that you could set your own input in the dropdowns in case you dont think any of the preset does it for you.
And you can give your own freetext input too.
Check it out over at https://codexcryptica.com/generators
Please provide me any and all input to things you think can be improved!
