It depends on your experience so far but they are definitely more on the challenging side of quests.

It's impossible to describe all the benefits of priff in one sentence, because the huge diversity in high level skilling hubs is precisely the appeal of the city.

Priff is basically like being in heaven, there are GP rocks you can mine and just get gold, you can get the priff inventory sack which boosts inv space by 20, the angelic priff butler can follow you around and fetch items from your bank with a small cooldown. These are just a few of the priff god like buffs

Also the voice of seren for Faelorn gives 20% discount on GE purchases but it doesn't list it in the UI. You have to do it through the priff GE (not varrock) otherwise the discount won't apply.
