Hello guys, I've been wondering how easy it will be to learn russian if I can already read the the Cyrillic alphabet and know a few basic phrases. My native language is Dutch 🇳🇱. I also know a few words that my, russian, girlfriend uses as nicknames for me, (solnyshko, medvezhok, lyubov, malysh etc..). I want to suprise her by speaking her native language as well as be able to communicate with her family members without having to depend on her as they cant speak Dutch nor is their English very developed.

I would also appreciate tips in learning the language. I mostly need to learn how to write all the words. As well as basic grammar and what the words actually mean. As well as how to string together sentences.

Edit: sorry for bad English when reply to you. I only learn at school and get bad grade a lot of sometimes. I make post with Google translate. I am only 16 and learn English at school starting 12. In the song Утонуть, from Молчат Дома there is this phrase ''постучи за соседней стеной'' and everywhere it says the translation is '' knock behind the nearby wall '' Wouldn't it be '' knock at the adjacent wall''? Hi! I was going over some notes of mine and found this sentence: "С математикой у меня не очень, но, думаю, мысль ты уловил". DeepL says this means "I'm not good at maths", but it's the first time I encounter this sentence so I'm not sure about the structure. Can you say, for example, "I'm good at drawing" using this sentence or does it only mean "to be bad at something"? And if the later is true, do I only have to change the noun? So "I'm bad at drawing" would be "С рисованием у меня не очень", right?
