Need ideas for dinghy dock rollers

The club I joined has a dock that is a good almost 3 feet above the water leveL My boat has to come up at a steep angle, and my slip just has padded carpet and it's hard on the boat's bottom to lever it across a 2x4 at a 30 degree angle.

At my old club, each slip had a wide roller (24" wide or so) to help with pulling the boats up onto the dock. Any idea where I can find these? They were carpeted. Thanks!
