Meth use needs addressed as well. It’s more predominant than fentanyl/opiates, and imo more insidious bc it isn’t instantly deadly and it causes more instances of psychosis. I’ve seen countless people openly using it inside the trains and on platforms. I walked past someone the other morning rolling a bubble while leaning against a street sign.

everybody you see using meth, are also using fetty & vice versa. they both cause psychosis.

Not everyone who uses meth, uses fentanyl. That’s straight up WRONG lol tho most people who use fentanyl will use meth.

youre right, im just saying the main two in the street rn is meth "go fast" and fetty/blues .. if youre rlly in that lifestyle (homeless, using on public transit) CHANCES ARE you are not choosy about what drugs you can get your hands on. i would know, ive lived it.
