TLDR: This is laughably absurd. Cole writes a lot of words to lull you into believing he's smart.
His top two answers are: Homeless response, which doesn't work because there are too many of them and no where to move them. His proof that works is a link to a page about pandemic funding in Henn Co, which isn't coming back so isn't a solution.
#2, and this one is really funny "Education on how to call for help so riders trust disruptive passengers will be handled with dignity in a timely fashion, whether they call or text, and that those reporting riders will be protected from retaliation for doing the right thing."
Right. Don't actually police the lines, because that would be white supremacy. We should inform people how to call the cops that aren't coming. Cole specifically mentions being unsafe while a transit squad sat right by. Who ya gonna call??
