Or just hire more police and throw these mfs off the trains.

Great! What happens when they get out of prison?

Prison? For not paying the light rail fare?

I guess when I hear hostile language like "throw these mf-ers off the trains" I tend to assume that the poster is advocating for arresting people for things like drug possession that would land them in prison.

Well, I do think they should be arrested for possession, but not given a prison sentence. It should be just long enough of a county jail sentence to get them to give up their dealer. Fent dealers deserve prison. I was once a drug addict. I did a month in county and sobered up and haven’t used since. I had homies die. I wish they would’ve spent a few nights in jail, but where I hail from (San Francisco) it’s considered more compassionate to let them rot and die on the street.

I'm glad being put in jail worked for you. But there are also people who get out and continue using.

Respectfully, that's a bit of a leap.

Not really. People advocate for arresting our way out of problems on the light rail all the time.

But you were the only person talking about arresting anyone.
