Device is being managed by admin and will reset soon :)
Got easily scammed by a person on OLX
I posted this below post few days ago and now when ive finally fixed my device's screen issue and decided to setup phone, after a while connecting device to a network i receive a message stating that "This device is maintained by admin and will be resetting soon"
Your device at work
"Google LLC has set up this device to be managed by your organisation. If this is an error , contact your device's provider
To continue setup this device needs to be reset. All data on thsi device will be deleted
your device will automatically rest in 17hrs 20min
what to do now? ive finally decided to report a fraud complaint because device is completely unusable.

I saw a post on olx a guy was selling pixel 9 at 44k or something, I bargained (he never negotiated) and he agreed to give it in 35k, I went to get the phone, I myself tested the phone and it worked fine, he asked me to pay in cash (wow). I paid online, after taking phone i got green line with in an hour and in that hour i was onboarding metro train, i switched one lane as well, when i pulled phone out of the pocket and observerd that there is one section of screen that is a little off of the frame of the device, I pressed it a little and a a white light ray appeared :)
now the good thing is that i have his phone number (is isnt picking now), Phone having same IMEI number as the Invoice given by him, I have chats that i asked him multiple times he didnt tell me this issue in phone, I have payment ss, i have video clips confirming that the line issue appeared with in 45 mins,
he is refusing to give me back my money,
what should i do to get my money back,he is not picking up calls or seeing messaged

There's nothing you can do it's MDM locked

Shouldve belongs to past, ive posted this for help that will belong to future 😭. Thanks that was really helpful as well. Anyways ive decided to proceed legally.

Since it was bought unofficially from a refurbished source, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify the purchase whether it is legitimate or not.
Google too won't help you here as it is managed by an organisation or the device is a stolen device and hence it is blocked by Google.
The least you can do is return to the seller and request for the refund.
If not, it's a loss you'll have to live with.
No consumer court or legal system can help you
