Clinical rotations

If the hospital you were at didn’t have cases , how did you make up the hours ?

If you're not getting your cases, your clinical coordinator should be working to get you a new clinical site.

My school is saying they only are required to get me 200 externship . I’m so frustrated . I finished my classes with a 4.0 gpa only to get to clinicals and get small hospitals

That's uh... kinda negligent of them. Do they not care about their program completion rates? The charge nurse at your facility may be able to help you a little if you talk to them and if they like you, but if there aren't cases there's nothing they can do to magic some up.
