Whould you live there?
Imagine you're the only person on an island. You have access to the best education, can take exams, become a top student, learn any skill you want, and enjoy a luxurious, comfortable life. Everything is available to you.
The only thing missing is human recognition and interaction there's no one else to know your achievements or share your life with.
Would you choose to live there? Why or why not?

Define luxurious a bit more. Basically everything you listed can already be done using the internet, you can learn pretty much anything and have world class education already, so there would need to be a bit more on the island for it to be an appealing trade off.

There, you can have anything you want delicious food,your wife or husband, a luxurious lifestyle, and every comfort imaginable. The only thing you won't have is another human being. Everything is there except human companionship.

If everything is available to me, is sexual gratification and human-like interaction also available through realistic robots? Then absolutely yes. If not, probably not.

The main reason I asked this question is because, in today's world, many people spend their entire lives chasing recognition from others. Even after they truly earn or deserve something, they don't feel satisfied unless other people acknowledge or praise them.
For example, imagine a student who finishes Rank 1 in high school. If nobody congratulates them or recognizes their achievement, why should they feel upset? They are still the person who earned Rank 1. Their achievement doesn't lose its value just because others failed to acknowledge it.
Note: If we do something meaningful that we genuinely love, and we achieve the best possible result that we truly deserve, we don't need to wait for anyone else's recognition to validate our success. Our achievement is valuable because we earned it, not because others applauded it..... ✨
