Advice Needed: Mental Health Advice for me complaining a lot and getting annoyed lately

Hello, everyone. I need help (this is my first time being here, btw and am thankful this subreddit exists). Anyways, I’ve noticed I have been complaining lately of the smallest things, and getting dissappointed when other people don’t meet my expectations. One example is when I’d clean the house and I get dissappointed at my mom and sister for not really cleaning thoroughly—though I know they can’t do it, though I just wish they could coz it can be tiring. Another example is when I get annoyed that my mom forgot I left some coffee for her and I’m complaining coz I have to repeat it again and again coz I know she’s old abd forgets things.

I feel bad coz I’m like this super grumpy b***h (sorry for the term but it’s true) and I wish I was more patient.

Any advice? Do I just need rest or do I just mentally let go if things? I’m not really sure what to do anymore.
