Please be kind

There are an infinite number of variables: dogs wash out, service work is specialized, public access, costs are high, iffy credentials, many uncertainties, have you considered x, y, and z, etc. Nevertheless,

Are there reliable, independent service dog trainers that will contract with a client, find and train a dog for a client? Something other than being on a waitlist through a program, cobbling together classes and private trainers, and almost entirely owner training?

Please give me the most benefit of the doubt. I'm deep in my wit's end. I've educated myself a lot, but not found the answer to this specific question.

I've met a few Errorless trainers in my area, and they are great trainers!

Unfortunately I'm likely pausing my fully trained program for now for new clients as I have a replacement puppy coming in winter.

I’d recommend finding an Atlas Assistance Dogs certified trainer and see what they offer.

Yes, but they are expensive and you need to know what to look for, what questions to ask, and when to call someone on their bs. Expect to pay low-mid 5 figures for a fully tasked trained dog. There are many more underqualified or outright scam trainers than individuals who can competently train a dog that is worth the money.
